Breefly's address book feature for sharing briefs broadly to groups of users like your team and network right from the sharing function.
Follow these easy steps to put it to use.
- Open the brief you'd like to share, and click the share icon
- In the "Enter email addresses" area, type in the @ symbol and type in "My" which will now bring up groups you can share with.
- Enter a personal note, then hit the share button and you're done!
Once you share your brief, your users will receive an automated email with your personal message letting them this brief is waiting for them the next time they log into their account.
You can also use this address book feature when adding comments to any brief using the same steps above.
What is the difference between 'My Team' and 'My Network'?
'My Team' is a roll up of all users on your team. For Team Owners and Admins, it is everyone on your 'My Team' table under 'Team Management'.
'My Network' are all users on your team PLUS all people you’ve ever shared a brief with - even if they are out of network.
