Already have a Breefly account? Here's how to sign in:
- From your browser, visit www.breefly.com/signin
- Enter the email address you signed up with, and the password you created
- Click the Sign In button
Troubleshoot issues with signing in
If you’re having problems signing in to Breefly on any of your devices, here are some ways to troubleshoot.
You forgot your password
Use the Forgot password button to reset your password via email. Breefly will send an email with instructions for resetting your password to the email address you signed up with.
You forgot your username
If you’re unsure about the email address you used to create your account, please check with your team administrator. You can also send us an email, or chat with us using the support bot in the lower right corner of your screen. A Customer Success team member will be in contact with you shortly to help.
You're not receiving emails
Check your email address. If you have different addresses for personal and work email, make sure you’re using the right one.
Check your spam folder and talk to your IT team. If emails from Breefly aren’t getting delivered to your inbox, or links in our emails are expiring, ask IT to allow firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.

Sign up links in your email are not working
If a sign up link in your email invitation is not working, the link in the email invitation has expired, or if you are receiving is not allowing you to sign up or log in, please contact us for help.
